Vision Statement:
Our vision is to organize works and policies across the university that are related to human resources policies and planning, initiate actions to develop human resources to maintain, assigning, personal, staffing, and retirement process of academic and administrative members’, and to inform, direct and help those who work on personnel affairs for a better and quick university service. We do our best in order to generate a human-oriented and humans-first philosophy environment in a fast, accurate, orderly and coordinated manner in order to warrant happiness of the workers and to create a harmonious institution.
Mission Statement:
Our mission is to create an effective personnel policy in the light of scientific data by using the best technological advancements and programs, to make recommendations and contributions to the development of personnel system and to raise educational and intellectual credentials of our members to the highest level by means of organizing and implementing both pre-service and in-service training programs.
